The avocado is one of the most nourishing fruits that will benefit your body on the inside and out. Avocado and Honey Face Mask

  • Using a fork, mash up half of a soft avocado until it’s creamy.
  • Add 2 teaspoons of honey to it and mix it well to create a paste.

Gently apply the mixture to your skin and leave it on for fifteen minutes so that it soaks into your skin. This recipe is good for people who have dry skin or skin that has been over exposed to the sun because it really works to nourish and moisturize it.

Avocado and Olive Oil Face Mask

  • Add 1 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil to it and mix well..
