Don’t believe us, try out a strawberry mask for yourself and see what we mean.

Strawberry Yogurt Face Mask

This mask is great for fighting acne because it soothes the skin while treating the infected areas. To make this mask you will need:

  • 5 small strawberries (preferably organic)
  • 2 tablespoons of organic yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons of honey
  • 2 teaspoons of plain oatmeal

Start by mushing strawberries with the back of a fork in a bowl until they are soft but don’t blend them or the consistency will be all wrong. Once this is done add all of the other ingredients and mix well. Apply the mixture to your skin making sure to stay away from the eye area. After 20 minutes wash off the strawberry mask with lukewarm water and pat your face dry.

Strawberry and Cream Face Mask

This mask is good for people who have very dry skin and need to give it an extra dose of nourishment. To make this mask you will need:

  • 5 tablespoons of cream
  • 3 strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon of honey

As with the strawberry yogurt mask start by mashing the berries. Then, whip the cream until it’s thick – the way you would when whipping cream for a cake. Mix the strawberries, cream and honey together until they are blended well and apply it to your skin. After 20 minutes wash the mixture off your face with lukewarm water.

Of course nothing beats eating the berries and getting the benefits of the nutrients to work throughout your entire body. So go ahead and munch away as you wait for strawberry mask to take effect.
